Standard shipping is free in the supported contiguous US and DC area, with no minimum order. We do not represent a regular price as a discount without an actual lower sale price.

Review the piece count, individual capacities and the stated material before ordering dinnerware or serveware. Dishwasher, microwave and other care claims apply only when stated for that item. Retain protective packing and document any damaged glass or ceramic piece.

Check the complete listing before deciding, and contact support if a necessary detail is absent. Product brand information is shown where provided; the store does not claim to manufacture every product in the catalog.
Placing an order and stock

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of information; it is not a guarantee that an unavailable item has shipped. Payment availability

Available funding options are determined by PayPal; guest card payment is not guaranteed. Do not send payment-card numbers or account passwords to support.
Delivery
The current service area is the contiguous 48 United States and DC. Standard shipping is free with no minimum. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit is estimated at 3–4 business days, giving 4–7 business days in total. The Shipping Policy explains restrictions, address corrections, tracking information and delays.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
The Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day request window after delivery, merchant-paid arranged return shipping, and 5–7 business days after receipt for inspection and initiation of an approved refund. Contact us promptly for cancellation or an exchange request. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit remain unaffected.
Images and representations
Product images and descriptions should be read together with the exact option labels. Screens can display color differently, and a photo may show a selectable configuration. We do not treat a decorative scene or a general category image as proof that extra accessories are included. Only the stated contents of the selected item are part of the offer.
Accounts, content and intellectual property
